Amazon data use

Only the data needed for the authorised service.

This statement defines Adzentro's seller-only Sponsored Products scope, the two Amazon authorisation boundaries and the actions a customer can permit.

Two separate Amazon authorisations

The customer completes two independent Amazon-hosted flows:

  1. Amazon Ads authorisation grants access to the advertiser profiles selected by the seller for Sponsored Products reporting and authorised advertising actions.
  2. Selling Partner API authorisation grants narrow, non-restricted read access to seller marketplace participation, listings, catalogue identity and FBA inventory.

One authorisation never substitutes for the other. Revoking either grant removes that authority and any feature requiring it stops safely. Adzentro never asks for or stores an Amazon password.

Amazon-connected functions are seller-granted and capability-dependent: a function operates only when the relevant API capability is available to Adzentro, the seller has granted the required permission and current data and safety checks pass.

Amazon Ads information

For the customer's authorised seller advertising profiles, Adzentro requests the data needed to read Sponsored Products campaigns, ad groups, advertised products, keywords, product targets, placements, search terms and performance reports. It also reads advertising-profile and marketplace identifiers so data remains attached to the correct account and market.

Selling Partner information

The Selling Partner API scope is read-only and limited to:

  • marketplace participation, to identify the connected seller's active markets;
  • listing and SKU-to-ASIN identity, to attach advertising evidence to the correct product;
  • minimum catalogue and variation context, to group the same product across marketplaces; and
  • FBA inventory availability, so absent, stale or unsafe stock evidence blocks spend-increasing or activating actions; safe bid decreases and holds may remain eligible.

Adzentro supports seller profiles in all marketplaces made available to the application by the relevant Amazon APIs. Marketplace records remain separate even when the interface groups related international listings.

Settings and advertising actions

The customer sets an account target ACoS and can apply a separate target to each marketplace SKU. A product override can be returned to the account default. Marketplace records and currencies remain separate even when related international listings are grouped in the interface.

Within the Amazon permissions granted to Adzentro and released Adzentro capabilities, the service may prepare or apply keyword and product-target bids, placement adjustments including top of search, supported pause or resume actions, negative targets and harvested keyword or product targets. Automation is off by default. The customer must explicitly enable each eligible automation class, and current safeguards and authority must pass for every action.

The requested campaign-plan scope is designed to assemble a paused Sponsored Products campaign, ad group, seller-SKU product ad and required targets, then activate only after verified assembly. Every campaign creation and every daily-budget change requires a separate, one-time customer approval bound to the exact proposed action. Those two action classes cannot be made automatic.

Data and access not requested

  • No Orders API or order history.
  • No buyer personal information.
  • No Restricted Data Token or restricted role.
  • No product COGS or landed-cost data for this scope.
  • No DataForSEO or other external keyword-enrichment flow.
  • No OpenAI or other generative-AI processing of Amazon-derived data.

Use limitations

Amazon-derived data is used only to provide reporting, deterministic recommendations, inventory safeguards, authorised actions, customer support, security and audit evidence for the connected advertiser business. It is not sold, published, licensed, syndicated, used for an ad network or exposed to another advertiser.
