Terms of service

Clear authority and clear limits.

Effective 29 August 2026. These terms govern business use of Adzentro when a customer accepts a subscription.

Contracting party

The agreement is between the subscribing business and YGIC Limited, company number 79837167, of Room 2013, 20/F., Perfect Industrial Building, 31 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Hong Kong.

The service

Adzentro is a web application for sellers using Amazon Sponsored Products. It provides advertiser-authorised reporting, deterministic recommendations, listing and inventory safeguards, customer approvals and separately controlled automation for the advertiser business connected by the customer.

The Amazon Ads API and the Selling Partner API use separate Amazon-hosted authorisations. The customer may revoke either authorisation. Amazon-connected functionality is seller-granted and capability-dependent: it operates only within the API access available to Adzentro and stops safely when required data or customer authority is unavailable.

Customer authority and responsibilities

The customer confirms that it is a business, has authority to manage every connected seller and advertiser profile, and will keep its users, billing details, Amazon permissions, target ACoS settings and account information accurate. The customer must protect sign-in credentials, review material recommendations and use Adzentro only for lawful advertising on its own authorised accounts.

Automation and approvals

A subscription does not itself authorise advertising changes. Automation is off by default. If enabled by the customer, eligible bid, placement, entity-state, negative-target and harvested-target actions remain bounded by the exact advertiser profile, marketplace, policy version and safety controls. Every daily-budget change and every campaign creation requires a separate explicit approval. The customer may disable automation or revoke Amazon authorisation at any time.

Amazon data boundary

Adzentro uses Amazon Ads data and narrowly scoped, non-restricted marketplace-participation, listing, catalogue and inventory data. It does not request Orders data, buyer personal information, Restricted Data Token access or Amazon passwords. It does not send Amazon-derived data to OpenAI, another generative-AI provider, DataForSEO or another external keyword-enrichment provider.

Price, tax, renewal and cancellation

The plan costs US$99 per month before applicable tax for one advertiser business, including its linked eligible Amazon Ads marketplace profiles. It renews monthly until cancelled. Stripe-hosted checkout processes payment and applicable tax details. The customer may cancel before the next renewal; access continues through the paid billing period unless the account is suspended for misuse. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or charged in error.

Acceptable use

The customer must not access another business's data, bypass authority or safety controls, probe or disrupt the service, resell access without written permission, use Amazon data outside the authorised service, or use the service in breach of Amazon's agreements or applicable law.

Availability and changes

Adzentro depends on Amazon and other independent providers. No uninterrupted-availability promise is made. We may make proportionate changes needed for security, legal compliance, Amazon policy, provider compatibility or service improvement. A material reduction to paid functionality will be communicated before it takes effect where reasonably possible.

Advertising outcomes

Recommendations depend on the accuracy, freshness and completeness of available data and customer settings. Adzentro does not guarantee sales, ranking, profitability, advertising performance or continued Amazon access. The customer remains responsible for its products, advertising strategy, Amazon account and approval of budget or campaign creation.

Ownership and confidentiality

YGIC Limited owns Adzentro and its software, brand and documentation. The customer retains its rights in customer and Amazon-authorised data. Each party must protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the agreement, subject to lawful disclosure requirements.

Suspension, termination and deletion

We may suspend access to contain a security incident, prevent unauthorized activity, address non-payment or comply with law or Amazon requirements. Either party may terminate for an uncured material breach. Cancellation stops future renewal. Data is then handled according to the Privacy Notice and Amazon Data Use statement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. YGIC Limited's aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to fees paid by the customer for Adzentro during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
